Prepared for launch review. Abuse contact details must be monitored before public launch.

Abuse Contact

Report phishing, malware, spam, fraud, credential harvesting, impersonation, or domain/DNS abuse to abuse@barq.one. For account-specific support that is not abuse-related, contact support@barq.one.

Prohibited Activity

  • Phishing, malware, botnet command and control, spam, fraud, credential harvesting, impersonation, illegal activity, and abuse of domain or DNS infrastructure are prohibited.
  • Customers must not use Barq services to attack, mislead, disrupt, or unlawfully collect data from others.
  • Customers must not use Barq services in ways that violate registrar, registry, provider, payment-provider, or applicable platform rules.

Domain and DNS Abuse

Barq may review reports involving domains, DNS, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, illegal content, impersonation, provider notices, registry notices, or security incidents. Send domain or DNS abuse reports to abuse@barq.one. Reports may be escalated to providers, registries, registrars, payment providers, legal counsel, or appropriate authorities when needed.

Manual Review and Enforcement

  • Barq may place accounts, domains, orders, or related services into manual review while evidence is assessed.
  • Suspension, domain restrictions, provider escalation, and account actions must be recorded with audit evidence.
  • Barq does not silently remove unrelated records or perform unsupported provider actions as part of routine review.

Evidence Retention

Barq keeps only necessary evidence for review, support, legal, security, and provider escalation purposes. Evidence may include report source, timestamps, affected domains, provider ticket references, and safe operational notes.
